Grade: G07 £24,294 per annum pro rata.

Actual commencing salary £18,662 per annum (based on 32.5 hours per week)

Hours: Full time and part time hours available.

Preferred hours are 32.5 hours per week, 8:30 am until 3 pm,

Monday to Friday, Term Time only (including INSET days).

Commencing as soon as possible we are seeking to appoint a confident, caring and organised person to join our team in the role of Principal First Aid and Welfare Officer. This role will require applicants to assess the medical and welfare needs of students, staff, visitors and contractors and to administer front-line First Aid. The successful candidate will ensure that students with ongoing medical needs are supported in school in line with their Individual Health Care Plans, administer approved medication to students and maintain records and reports, including those required for statutory requirements. Training and first aid certification can be provided if suitable applicants do not currently hold these.
